This comprehensive renovation project saw a dated family home reimagined into a modern, functional space tailored to contemporary living. The client’s brief was clear: update the core living areas, kitchen, main bathroom, and master ensuite while improving layout flow, comfort, and visual appeal throughout the home.
Working closely with the client from design through to completion, we delivered a full interior transformation that balances high-end finishes with everyday practicality. This unique transformation involved converting two adjacent office spaces into a dedicated recovery zone designed for wellness and performance. The client’s goal was to create a purpose-built environment where functionality meets tranquillity- offering users the benefits of heat and cold therapy in a clean, calming space.
Swilcon managed the full conversion process, from demolition to final fit-off, working closely with the client to optimise the layout for flow, privacy, and ease of use. The design incorporated natural textures and modern finishes to enhance the overall experience while ensuring durability in a high-moisture environment.
