ABOUT SWILCON

At Swilcon, we are dedicated in two aspects of carpentry-  Quality builds and great relationships. We are passionate about delivering the highest quality finishes possible. Paired with a great client relationship, we are confident in the outcome we can deliver on any job, big or small.

 

We work closely with builders/clients to achieve an experience that will exceed expectations. We offer complete carpentry packages for builders, and also offer building services to clients. We use our VBA accredited registration to build small extensions, decks, pergolas and renovations.

CLADDING

Sam and his apprentice did an excellent job in building a pergola about 2m x 1m on plan attached to our house. He also collected and fitted a single polycarbonate sheet covering the whole pergola to make it waterproof. Sam was friendly and communicative in everything including discussing design details,  from suggesting minimalist proprietary column base plates to aesthetic sizing and spacing of structural timbers. Cost was most reasonable. Sam has agreed to return in the new year to supply and fit an internal corridor door with highlight over and also, though we haven’t yet discussed it, i hope he will help me  modify an existing kitchenette and relocate it to another location in the house. I can highly recommend Sam."
